Samsung Galaxy Watch gets new software update, but only on Verizon

Samsung's newest smartwatch, the Galaxy Watch made its debut in the United States more than a month ago, but it's already part of multiple sales at major retailers across the country. Currently, the smartwatch sells for $400 at various U.S. carriers, but many times you can buy one for less than $300.If you've already bought the Samsung Galaxy Watch, then you've already received a couple of updates that added improvements to battery charging, sleep tracking and music playback.Today, Verizon confirmed a new update is available for download to everyone who purchased the Galaxy Watch through the carrier's official channels. Just like in the previous updates, the latest one improves existing features.
The official changelog already published on the smartwatch's support page confirms the update enhances the Bluetooth connection, which should offer an improved user experience. The update is available for both 42mm and 46mm versions of the Samsung Galaxy Watch, but only on Verizon.To update the Samsung Galaxy Watch, simply connect your smartwatch to a Wi-Fi network, or make sure it has a strong Verizon network connection, and start the download.
